Thanks Jens, a big improvement for this Win2K user.
What I'm now finding in Explorer is that Disk and Folder icons are now OK except
where there is a special icon (My Documents or My Pictures) for instance, set
in desktop.ini for the folder or in the registry. That icon is now left blank.
For files I'm finding that most icons are missing (I much rather prefer this
than the wrong confusing icon!) except for files which are not assigned an icon,
they have the system default file icon. A few icons do exist, for .css and .txt
files funny enough, and a few odd ones. But as I say a big improvment,
esoecially
in the open/save dialog. Well done and thanks.
