Hi,
User Define Dialog (undocked) has display problems under 120 DPI:
Taller than screen. The bottom can't be seen.
[Create New] and [Save As] buttons partially cover the tabs.

This is easily implemented by creating macros. The process is self evident
once you record an action.
I also prefer Ctrl+PgUp/PgDn over Ctrl+Tab/Ctrl+Shift+Tab.

Is there a shortcut (or can I create one) for the 'Close All' option that allows
you to close all opened document at once?
Thanks.

I really need that, too! I always work with a lot of files and I need to see
the tabs with all of them.
How can we extend tab for more lines?

Hi,
I wanna know if is possible to mark occurrences like in Eclipse? (you click
a word and all occurrences are highlighted).
Thanks a lot,

As far as I know there isn't 'mark occurrences' on mouse click for any language,
but there is an easy keyboard shorcut for 'Mark all' in 4.1(.1), which is Ctrl+M
(Search>Mark all).

Rocky

There isn't in Notepad++.
The Ctrl+M is useful, but still not as easy as in Eclipse, for example.
Thanks for the response,
Lucia

Your configuration file might be corrupted (it happened to me when I upgrated
not very properly to 4.1.1).
Manaully changing the option in config.xml fixed the problem for me, so you
can try that too: open config.xml, that is located in your Notepad++ directory
or in %APPDATA%\Notepad++ directory and find this line:
<GUIConfig name="RememberLastSession">yes</GUIConfig>
then change it to:
<GUIConfig name="RememberLastSession">no</GUIConfig>
If it is already 'no', than you have different problem.
Regards,
Rocky

Doesn't work for me. Windows File Protections won't bring forward a message
box - it's just doing it's job quitely. The notepad++ file as 'notepad.exe'
will be replaced by the original notepad.exe almost instantly.
Any ideas?

The option whether to use tabs or spaces for the 'tab' symbol is global
(Settings>Preferences>MISC>Tab settings>Replace by space).
For first line identation you can also use 'TextFX>TextFX Edit>Leading space
to tabs or tabs to spaces' (this depends on the above option).

Rocky

Yeah, unfortunately set to "no" already and it did not fix it. Thanks for the
tip though. :)

I have the same issue. I've turned off that feature and the config.xml is set
to "no". It won't open previous files, but if I go into the setttings, it's
checked off. It's like it's not setting the checkbox correctly based on the
value in the config file. Then if I close the settings window, it'll be turned
on (yes). I have to go back and uncheck it and close the settings window.
Again, if I open it up, it'll be re-checked. Not sure if this is a bug in 4.1.1
or something else going on with our systems. I removed Notepad++ completely
(using Zipped bin version) and unregistered the expolorer context menu dll.
Rebooted my system and unzipped the files back to a folder, then re-registered
the context menu dll for explorer. Same issue.
Thanks,
FGump
