Is anyone making a Code Beautifier? If so where can I find that plug-in?

Hi. I've been using Notepad++ for last two weeks, I like it, However, i used
EditPlus before, and I'm accostumed to that interface for finding-replacing
text.

I tried to change every carriage return \n for a , but I couldn't did it, and
the program doesn't have a help file so I can guide in the regex flavor needed.
I tried too with $, ^ but doesn't function.
I tried too with the plugin with CTRL + R, but couldn't

I suggest doing a more intuitive interface and alternative modes of finding
replacing, for this simple yet needed utility.

Thanks in advance

Question for Don:

would it be possible to add a notification message N++ sends to plugins, when
any file gets saved? It would enable me to auto-regenerate tags whenever user
saves. I would add an option to enable this feature, disabled by default.
CCompletion
would also launch a thread for this purpose so it wouldn't stall N++ GUI thread
on every save.

Thanks a lot!
Bostjan

Well, currently you can subclass Notepad++ to do this. I'd like such a message
aswell as it keeps me from having to subclass Notepad++ as its not a very
beautiful
lthing to do ;)

You can do it by doing so:

//Subclass notepad++ to intercept messages (autosave)
DefaultNotepadPPWindowProc = (WNDPROC)
SetWindowLongPtr(nppData._nppHandle,GWLP_WNDPROC,(LONG)&NotepadPPWindowProc);

....

LRESULT CALLBACK NotepadPPWindowProc(HWND hwnd, UINT msg, WPARAM wParam, LPARAM
lParam) {
        switch(msg) {
                case NPPM_SAVECURRENTFILE: {
                        //Document being saved
                        if (uploadOnSave) {
                                LRESULT result =
CallWindowProc(DefaultNotepadPPWindowProc, hwnd, msg, wParam,
lParam); //call the N++ loop first, so the file gets saved
                                if (result) //only allow uploading if the
save was successfull
                                        //Do you update CTags thingey here
                                return result;
                        }
                        break; }
                case WM_COMMAND: {
                        if (LOWORD(wParam) == IDM_FILE_SAVE) {
                                LRESULT result =
CallWindowProc(DefaultNotepadPPWindowProc, hwnd, msg, wParam,
lParam); //call the N++ loop first, so the file gets saved
                                if (result) //only allow uploading if the save
was successfull
                                        //Do you update CTags thingey here
                                return result;
                        }
                        break; }
        }
        return CallWindowProc(DefaultNotepadPPWindowProc, hwnd, msg, wParam,
lParam);
}

Hope that helps you

Dumped a new version at
http://npp-plugins.cvs.sourceforge.net/npp-plugins/NppPlugins/FTP_synchronize/bu
ild/
hopefully fixing some lockups etc, please try that out.
The reason lockups didnt happen in the older version is because I added in more
synchronisation to allow unexpected events to be handled more cleanly. Probably
screwed it up so it locked up. Hope this one doesnt ;)

The ftp server is my ISP's where I have my web site so can't set up an account.
I've asked them if a guest account is possible, anonymous access just to test.

Can I gently remind you once again that v0.9.1.2 does access the web space fine
and display contents etc. There's got to be something there that changed.
