Try unchecking the box Settings: Preferences: Backup/Auto-completion: Enable

No problems to start it... Lots of problems when using it. Always crashes or
simply closes itself with no warning.

hi there. notepad++ is really great i use it at work. my colleges all use
eclipse
but thats really bad.
at home i create maps for the game armed assault. if u want to make a real good
map u also have to create a lot of scripts. i would like to have synthax
highlighting
too for this game language. is there a (not so difficult) way to create it?
i see there is a "user defined" option in the language selection menu but how
can i define it?
thank u for your help =)

Well, that, i've done already. I've also configured N++ so it will recognize
the extension .DYALOG as well. The problem i was describing is not with that.

The problem is that when i go into Settings -> Styler Configurator i can
see a lot of languages listed under "language" but neither of them is the
language
i've just defined. So, the problem is that the language of my choice, APL, seems
not to be configurable from Styler Configurator. Is that the way it's supposed
to be?

This option is usually under the 'Help' section.
I would use it instead of downloading the next version each time it's
published.

Now, WHERE IS IT on the Notepad++ toolbar ???????????????????

Thanks a lot,
Amir
:-)

No all I get when I have the function list: no functions.

I prefer the seperate approach, because when I select lots of code to comment
I dont like any specifications to become uncommented (streamcomment can be used
as a workaround but you cannot uncomment that). OTOH, maybe when Notepad++
contextmenu become available for the plugins this behaviour can be changed
manually
(as long as you can remove the old items then, since 2 comment options are a
bit much)

The only way to create a new unserdefine Language is in menu "View
- Userdefine(*Language)."
And he can be changed there!
When you create a new language it would be saved in a userDefineLang.xml stored
either in N++dir
or in %appdata%\Notepad++.
You can choose in menu Language, under Userdefine you will see your new
language.

Hello users,

here is the for the time being last version of Explorer plugin. I think it is
now very convenient to use and without the 1.5.2 deadlock and exception problem
that I found.

Here the changelog

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
----
07/11/30 v1.6 :
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
----
Fix: Current folders in tree got lost if "Automatic update on focus" is
disabled
Fix: Deadlock and race conditions are fixed by changing the thread
implementation
in file list.
New: Multi-language support implemented. NativeLang.dll plugin needed.

Best Regards
Jens
