Another feature that would be helpful would be the ability to specify the
session
as a command line options. That way a shortcut could be created to directly
start notepad++ and load a session.

Sandboxie saves it configuration to a .ini file but when I try viewing it with
Notepad++, it looks like this:

Is there a problem with my Notepad++ or can someone else confirm this?
