Load Aspell (win32) and the dictionaries locally. Copy the Aspell folder to
your flash drive (d:portableapps\Aspell). Download Spellchecker.dll (ver 1.2
- there is a link on Portableapps.com) and put in the plugins folder.
Edit SpellChecker.ini to read:
[Spell-Checker]
Current Language=en
Relative Path=..\Aspell\bin\
And it should work.
