So, why don't you reply to that message or any of the other multiple messages about that on the other forums, instead creating just another new thread about the same problem? How many other character sets are there we can expect complaints about? ______________________________________________________________________ You are receiving this email because you elected to monitor this forum. In NP++ 4.8 it is impossible to use the romanian layout with five diacritics (?????), those are not displayed and it's the first time when this happens. Using an older version of SciLexer.dll restores the functionality to write the romanian special charcaters. ______________________________________________________________________ You are receiving this email because you elected to monitor this forum. I guess the requested line change indicators could be implemented as a plugin. ______________________________________________________________________ You are receiving this email because you elected to monitor this forum. So that's a dead end. I tried adding the <Keywords name="Folder+"> (and -) tags to langs.model.xml (where there are Keywords tags) and that didn't work. I've tried renaming the "My Lexer Template" to "SqlFolding" but it won't show up in the languages menu. I even went so far as to rename all instances of "My Lexer" to "My Lexer 01" in all of the config files and still it shows up as "My Lexer" in the Language menu. Is this whole thing sort-of data driven but not really? I'm changing data in lots of places but I never see it in Notepad menus/behavior. Grr. ______________________________________________________________________ You are receiving this email because you elected to monitor this forum. What if there is a comma inside one of the data fields? "To no surprise, this text contains a comma","...",... Of course that'll lay waste to it. But does Excel still botch that too? I have old C code somewhere (and possibly still widely used by an international company I used to work for) that probably still handles delimited files 10 times better than Excel - Excel which was otherwise a very good solution - except you lose the challenge of writing a good regex. ______________________________________________________________________ You are receiving this email because you elected to monitor this forum.
