When I returned to Notepad++, it asked me if I wanted to keep a file open, that
didn't exist anymore.
The question was OK, since I renamed one of my directories. I just had to rename
a new directory to the "old" name, so the Notepad++ would notice the files were
there again. It would then have asked me if I wanted to reload those files.
But I didn't get that far anymore.
I renamed my other directory and I went on to do some other stuff.
I was viewing a page in Internet Explorer, which I wanted to view the HTML
source
code of.
This would normally bring Notepad++ back to the front, showing the HTML file.
However, with the message still unanswered, Notepad++ did not return.
It seemed impossible to bring the message box (or Notepad++) back to the front.
I could still recognize the message box by its title when pressing ALT+TAB,
but there wasn't much more to it.
I also wasn't able to close Notepad++ from the task bar, as the button there
also didn't react to any mouse click.
The only other thing that was noticeable, was that Notepad++ was consuming all
my CPU time (half the CPU time of two CPU's, actually).
So I killed the Notepad++ process and re-opened the application.
Could this be fixed please, so a waiting message box will be recognized when
returning to Notepad++ and brought to the front?

I have been making sure that the code on my site is untouched, the new code
I am adding is in the verson I keep on my home computer. The only file on my
site that keeps being updated by my new changes is the one in the folder named
"With font changer".
The code I have edited is comented on in the copy I have so when you relese
your code changes it would be a simple job for me to merge my new feature into
the improved code.

I have seen the same question severals time: How to disable the fold margin.
Since there has never been any answer I guess it's impossible.
So I make my request, for the possibility to hide the fold margin. Why? Because
sometimes I when debugging I want to see immediately the number next to the
first word of the line that correspond. It would be much more comfortable.
This great software let us change the color of line number and fold margin.
But that's very annoying to change styler.xml juste to debug.

I too would love to have the option to arrow the cursor to the right past the
physical end of line. IE: Keep the cursor in the current column when moving
it up and down, even on shorter lines.

Well, that might be, but I have access to a scripting language that essentially
does the same thing. I can crawl HTML and work with the DOM quite nicely.
The other being JassPa's MicroEmacs does actual keyboard macro recording quite
nicely as a quickie alternative so for me it's 6-half-dozen...
I must say Notepad++ is still impressive. I recently bought Ultra-Edit and
discovered
it just doesn't do some things well at all.

I'd like to see a beyond end-of-file option also that is seperate than
end-of-line.
Crimson Editor allows you to keep scrolling until the end-of-file line beomes
the top most line.
