The fix here will be simple, I guess, because often the word is displayed on the last line, which will then (partially) be covered by the horizontal scroll bar. If you fix this, please also fix the document having scrolled down one line after returning to it and finding the horizontal scrollbar is covering this last line _again_. ______________________________________________________________________ You are receiving this email because you elected to monitor this forum. (Imo all find methods should do that, Find in files just kinda slipped through =]) The horizontal scrollbar bugs are rather difficult to fix, because Scintilla happily says the line is visible, even though its not (or not completely). Its hard to reliably get what you can see, and whats invisible (even more so on the horizontal axis, ie on a per character basis instead of per line). > If you fix this, please also fix the document having scrolled down one line after returning to it and finding the horizontal scrollbar is covering this last line _again_. What is the problem exactly? If I switch from one document to another, the view stays in place, except for the horizontal offset (which needs to be fixed). If you mean that when wrapping turned on the view scrolls to the first line of the wrapped line, instead of the actual line, im not going to change that. As I said above, Scintilla doesnt make it easy to do this properly (in fact, im already happy its this accurate :P). -Harry ______________________________________________________________________ You are receiving this email because you elected to monitor this forum. When I report that, _I_ have to fix that??? No, you don't have to. Here's your options : 1. turn off this feature. 2. change its behaviour as you like, then submit it - I may consider it. 3. use another text editor. My reply is just to inform you that I won't work on it.
