Hi.
whenever I open an AS file (actoinscript) the code highlight doesn't work and
marks all the text with a white background.
The Language menu doesn't indicate "Flash actionscript" unless i do it
manually.

Thanks.

Any chance of making something like that?

Well, this appears to have happened between 4.8.2 and 4.8.5. I can see the
icons in my compiled 4.8.2 but not in my complied 4.8.5.

It just so happens that there was a lot of code changing between those versions
in the Toolbar.cpp and ToolBar.h files.

I am still trying to track down what is causing the problem, but if anyone at
all can help me, I truly would appreciate it! :)

Cheers
Fots

I'll take a look at it.
If there're no a lot coding effort, icon format will be supported in the future
versions.

Thanks but it doesn't really have anything to do with what i asked and it's
not working either

what i asked was this
to open a php file you type
http://localhost/myfile.php
if i launch open the file in the browser from notepad++ it won't use local host
what i want is notepad++ every time it uses the php api also replace the normal
open in browser command by localhost+filename

or if you know any other way to get rid of localhot or open php files without it

Maybe this is a feature request, but maybe this is already out there as a plug
in and someone could just point me to the right spot.

I often have 20+ documents open. It gets hard to find things. I have tried
locking the tab bar and that works for a while but over time they just get out
of order as I add new files and take others out.

An alphabetize option would be nice.

They could alphabetize by the name of the file or the full file path. Either
would be fine. "I just have to get organized..."

Thanks in advance.

For those poor people who cannot live with block indentation of Notepad++:
NppAutoIndent plugin has 'smart' indentation for C-style languages, such as
C/C++, PHP, Java and such.
Its the first release so dont expect it to be flawless, and ofcourse it might
not be completely to your preferences ;)

There is NO support for HTML/XML and such, maybe later, tag matching is much
more difficult to implement.

It should be able to coop with Notepad++ auto-indent option, but its probably
best to turn it off (even if its just to save a few CPU cycles)

Get it here:
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=189927&package_id=288727

I am moving over from Textpad and the one feature I can't find is the ability
to turn off cursor constraint so that when I cursor up or down it doesn't jump
to the end of line if the line is shorter than the current column position.

If this is not a feature, can it be added?

Seems Notepad++ used to do this fine: start up in the same directory it was
in when last run. Now File/Open takes it to either its own directory,
c:\programs,
or even to Mozilla's if I invoke "View Page Source" in FireFox.

Can't find a setting for this; anyone know how to make it work right?
