If you mean:

its not supported. You can disable the indent via plugins->NppAutoIndent if
you wish, or change how it works, but the style I just mentioned isnt there,
and probably isnt going to be there.
You can manually add the tab after entering the { and pressing enter, int this
case only { and enter trigger the indenting.

Error 10061:
No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
It is _highly_ likely a firewall running, or you have the server setup
improperly.
I cannot help you with that, there is just too many that can be wrong. I suggest
you read all the documentation of your server application, make sure the ports
are set ok, your NAT is setup properly.
Antivirus and firewalls have the tendency to run as services, so even if the
GUI is gone, everything might still be shut, or another firewall is running
(Like windows firewall at the same time as a 3rd party firewall).

You're not. Notepad++ relies very, very heavily on the Win32 API and current
only Wine can act as a layer. Winelib could be able to handle it, but it
requires
a lot of work and the documentation isnt very clear, so I have absolutely no
idea how to do that.
The makefile was updated in v5.0, but currently seems broken again.

Fill in the IP in the address field, and click connect, its that simple ;)
If you dont know the IP, you can retrieve it form the other computer by
launching
cmd there and running ipconfig, that should tell you.
I cant help much with getting the right address (IP or hostname, both are
valid),
but as long as the port number is the same on both computers, you should be
fine.

Today, I try to use ftp plugin.
Now, I know how to connecting a Ftp site. But I have a problem about the
download
setting.
For example, I get a file named 'a.mp3' for the Ftp site. When it transfer
successed,
NPP will be open it.
How can I setting, then we let the Npp do not open the file we have downloaded.
