every week we have to manually search/replace about 50 items in a particular
document (changing css classes to inline css). I was wondering if its possible
to 'record' all these search/replace actions so we can hit a button in order
to apply the changes?

use regedit and browse around in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT. Change the (Default) value
for the extension. Might be indirect (the extension might lead to a proprietary
type).

How about using scintilla with PCRE? It seems that scintilla now supports
different
egex engines (see http://www.scintilla.org/ScintillaDoc.html "Building with
an alternative Regular Expression implementation").

I think if you delete the file doLocalConf.xml that comes with the zip version,
it will use %APPDATA% again.

hi I have something like this

and I want to do a reg exp on it, but I can find multiple lines?
All I read out on the net is that it can only be dont in extended view but my
notepad ver 5.0.3 does not have that option. Not that is would be any good (
I think) I need reg exp's..
Can this be done some how?
p.s I also tried ctrl m with no luck

Im getting a problem that when a set of braces are highlighted they are shifted
3-4 pixels to the right over any text to the right (see pic below).
