Hey,
today I updated Npp from version 4.xx to 5.12.
I'm using Npp for programming. So far, I had some batchfiles for running *make*
by keystrokes. Up to now everything worked fine since Npp somehow seemed to
run my batch files from the directory of the actually opened file and therefore,
make knew which makefile to use.
Now, Npp does the following:
C:\Programme\Notepad++>make clean
which leads to "make: *** No rule to make target `clean'. Stop."
I played around for several hours but wasnt able to find a solution. What's
wrong there?

The new item "Focus on other view" in the View menu (ID 44072) is apparently
not read from nativeLang.xml. It always appears in English. The Italian
translator
and I both noticed this cosmetic problem.

I just downloaded np++ 5.1.2 from sourceforge and wanted to use the Function
List plugin. However, doing so causes the program to complain about an
incompatible
plugin. Based on what I could see here, others are experiencing a similar issue.
Since I'm relatively unfamiliar with np++, what is the process of having this
plugin fixed? When will that happen?
Also, I don't really need unicode support. In one of these threads, I saw that
the plugin might work with an ANSI version of np++. Where can I download that
version? Will other plugins (most notably Window Manager and Hex Editor) work
with the ANSI version of np++?

Hi,
in order to work on certain types of codes, it is necessary to have column
markers
: vertical bars located for example after the column 8, 16, 24, etc ...
In Notepad++, I found how to show only ONE column marker, but no more.
Is it possible now to show 10 column markers ?
If no, we could suggest to add this feature in a future release...

try
make -f $(CURRENT_FULL_PATH)
Notepad++ tries to change the system working directory as little as possible
to prevent 'I cannot delete my directory notepad++ locks it even if its closed'
issues :)
if you need the CWD to be correct inside the makefile (as it runs) just add
some cd command in it somewhere.
