When opening any dialog (e.g. Settings) there are tabs which user should be
able to navigate through using standard keys - CTRL+(SHIFT)+TAB or
CTRL+PageUp/PageDown. Also using (SHIFT)+TAB key user should be able to switch
focus between dialog elements in natural order.
This program offers really huge amount of functions. But don't forget: It's
text editor. It does make sense to control it completely from keyboard.
Including
settings.
Thanks for any future improvement in keyboard control.

Thanks, CChris, for notifying me about TextFX. I didn't know about it before.
Too bad your solution doesn't work with regexp.
Also, I found the "newline search and replace FAQ" on the npp site, which
clearly
states that replacing newlines with regexp can't be done.
Too bad :(

I probably changed them long ago, so I don't have these colors you describe.
I guess you should look the Clobal Styles, Tag match highlighting style element,
as well as Tag attribute.
I assume you already tweaked the XML TAG, TAGEND and ATTRIBUTE style items.

If you print normal text, that is in Settings -> Styler Configurator -> Global
styles, Default style item.
If you are printing highlighted code, then there are plenty of fonts to change,
corresponding to all the style items for the language that have a font. If the
point size is blank, they follow the default. If it is not, you'll need to also
adjust that size.

Arrows already navigate through tabs in a dialog, they are even simpler to use
than Ctrl+PageUp or such.
Using (shift+)Tab to cycle through the controls of a dialog tab would seem
natural,
though I never noticed support was missing. I'm usually content with point'n
clicking a checkbox once in a while.

Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 has many XML files, such as Form1.resx,
app.manifest
and so forth.
They are also XML files, althought the file extensions are not .xml.
Notepad++ does not support them at all. They are treated as normal text.
