I would love to have a feature like this. I need this almost daily:
1. Hit somekey1: Compare places in the Clipboard UNIQUE lines from file 1
2. Hit somekey2: Compare places in the Clipboard UNIQUE lines from file 2
3. Hit somekey3: Compare places in the Clipboard COMMON lines in both files
(Optionally, create a new tab each time and leave Clipboard alone... whatever)

After unsuccessfully checking on N++'s site for a plugin to switch between .h
and .cpp, I turned to Google, and guess what I found!
A trio of plugins that I never heard of!

* GuidGen - generate header-file inclusion guards, GUID style.
* Switcher - switch between header and source file (.h<>.cpp , .asm<>.inc,
etc.)
* RegRexPlace - regular regular expression replacer smiley (process files
with preset regex templates)
So, if like me you were after such plugins, that's your lucky day. Head over
to Donation Coder's website, and downlaod away.
CChris: Could you contact the developper and see if he'd agree to have his
plugins
alongside the others on the N++ web site / wiki?

Reporting back in:
I installed 5.4.1 and the problem hasn't happened to me since!
I did lose the Function list plugin though, maybe that was the problem?
I will report in again after another day of use.

how bad is the performance of the original behavior? It just change the scroll
bar's width for the currently displayed lines. I can't imagine how it can affect
the performance.
