Did you try the XML Tools plugin? It may not validate CSS (not tested), but
it will at least help with the HTML.

It should. This is an useful distinction between "Replace all occurrences
downstream"
(without wrap) and "Replace all occurrences everywhere". (with wrap).
What I'd suggest, however, is that the button text should reflect the state
of the wrap checkbox. "Replace all" would be toggled to "Replace remaining",
and "Replace all in all opened documents" would become "Replace all REMAINING
in all opened documents".
I'd call this an undoumented feature rather than a bug. (Hm, probably not
mentioned
on the wiki explicitly enough).

For #3, use Ctrl+Up and Ctrl+Down instead of Up and Down to scroll rather than
move current line. You can always remap SCI_LINESCROLLUP and SCI_LINESCROLLDOWN
to anything of your choice from Preferences -> Shortcut mapper -> Scintilla
commands (Windows logo key isn't supported as a shift). Centering the current
line in the middle of the display is not implemented though - but is it really
needed if you can scroll? It would be a very small plugin to develop anyway.
You can use and map SCI_STUTTEREDPAGEUP and SCI_STUTTEREDPAGEDOWN Scintilla
commands to send the current line at the top/bottom of display.
For #1, if you are referring to the pizza delivery button, there is an ongoing
feasibility study, but tests take time :-)

Hello,
Is it possible to enable auto-switching the "tab-lines" (when multi-line), when
you are moving a tab or cliking on one of them?
Because it can really be boring, the tab-lines are auto-moving and it is hard
to deplace my selected tab where I want...

The auto switching is the standard behaviour of the stock Windows Tab control.
OTOH I don't know how I'd disable auto promotion of active tab, and I have
maintained
a Windows GUI library for years.
Granted, one could create a user defined control. Doing that just for optional
auto promotion of line with current tab, plus the left arrow in single line
mode.... This is too steep a price to pay for this little, I think.
btw perhaps do you prefer turning the Multilines tab bar option off?

I'm running NPP, without installation. The problem I had is that day-to-day
I run as a user-account, not an admin account, and NPP was forgetting my
preferences
each time I closed it.
I found the solution hidden in the help file:
"doLocalConf.xml - If present, Notepad++ will use the installation directory
for all configurations. If abscent, %APPDATA% is used instead."
By default, the "doLocalConf.xml" file is present, and so NPP can't save to
the installation directory because I have no permission to write there.
Remove the file by moving it to another folder, or renaming it, and NPP will
now save to each user's %APPDATA% (that is: "C:\Documents and
Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Notepad++"
Problem solved!

I believe the exception chain is from WinDBG. I broke in using Windows
Debugging Tools once the program began to hang. The program began to hang after
I alt+tabbed to another window, specifically, IE 8.

I've since exited WinDBG and the program then closed with it. I've read that
most hangs are caused by resource locks, and I have a feeling that both
internet explorer and notepad++ probably wanted to access RPC or perhaps
something similar. While this posting may seem trivial, I just want to make
sure something isn't being missed that could aid any developers maintaining
this software incase it is something wrong with the code base. If this is just
a freak accident then life goes on, no?
