15 September is last date for International Postgraduate Research
Scholarship (IPRS). 
Note that application states that "students who are awarded an IPRS by
the university
are automatically awarded MIRS scholarship (Living Allowance)". 

In PART G of application: If you fully depend on U of Melbourne
Scholarship 
to support your studies (both tution and living expenses), it will be
good idea
to mention that explicitly. 

With application enclose the following:

1. Certified copies of all your marks cards
2. recommendation letter from your dept head or professors
3. Enclosed copies of all your research papers
4. A detailed Bo; list all project works you have done...
5. Also include tentative research proposal (not exceeding 4 pages) on
topics of your
interest.
   This helps in identifying and evaluating candidate's research
potential . 
   The proposal is initial idea, but it can be changed later.

Note that U of Melbourne's admission and scholarships selection process
is 
very competative. 

The U of Melbourne is one of the top research universities in
Australia. For
