Maven enforcer plugin, which Accumulo already uses, has the ability to enforce
dependency convergence. This is extremely useful for addressing problems with
multiple versions of dependencies being pulled in to the project, or
incompatibilities between versions.
Accumulo should add the dependency convergence rule to the enforcer plugin
config.
