While it shows identifying information and stats about tablet servers and
loggers (IP address), and some stats (OS Load), this information is hard to
come by for Master(s), gc, tracers? etc.
It is impossible, for example, to see which master is the currently active
master, from the monitor page.
If there are inactive servers (eg. failover masters), they should be shown
also, clearly marked as inactive.
