Certain properties available in our configuration do not have correct
documentation, or are ambiguous in their purpose.
For example, the RFile blocks are not necessarily compressed, but the
configuration element to configure their size has the word "compress" in it.
Further, this property controls the block size prior to any compression.
All of the configuration properties need to be reviewed and have their
documentation updated. Unneeded configuration options should be deprecated.
