Filters and Aggregators were deprecated in 1.4.x, replaced with regular
filtering iterators and combining iterators (Combiners). The shell did not
indicate these are deprecated, and the "setiter" command is aging quite poorly,
with options for features that are deprecated. It should be deprecated and
replaced with a new command that is much simpler, and more intuitive.
