Preface this with I'm not sure if this is something we want to fix, as it's the
circumstances of SOMETHING else. Unfortunately, the MapR logs rolled from when
it happened, so I can't pinpoint what. And there was nothing in the gc logs.
I have several tablet servers stuck minor compacting a tablet. Well, they minor
compacted and their at the point of renaming the file, but it fails because the
source file isn't there. The code catches the exception, logs the failure,
waits a minute, and retries. There is no fail over. It looks like this code is
not changed since 1.4.1.
