We ignore a lot of stuff, that shouldn't really have gotten into the source
tree in the first place, but for some reason or another, did. (Things like unit
tests that create files, configuration files to run out of one's workspace,
etc.) We need to stop ignoring these things, so we can find/fix all the tasks
that pollute the developer's workspace, and move them to target/ or /tmp, so
they can be properly ignored.
