On the Table Configuration page, under Locality Groups, in the Managing
Locality Groups via the Shell example, the example usage of setgroups shows the
list of groups coming before the "-t <table>" but the next line in the example
has the group list coming after the "-t <table>". These should be consistent
(either both before or both after).
