In talking with [~kturner] about where we can go with the Instamo code he
created, he gave me the impression that he wanted people to copy the Instamo
project and tweak it to their liking. A Maven archetype is a perfect use case
for this.
I think the best place for this would be to live in contrib. If we want to
include a concrete example inside of the Accumulo baseline, we can decide on
that later.
By having the Instamo archetype, we can still piggy-back it with Accumulo but
also release it to the ASF and central maven repos to make it even easier for
people to spin up Accumulo and begin testing.
