Dave (and others): testing.
I have done the following tests:
* unit tests
* overnight continuous ingest, with agitation
* overnight randomwalk, with agitation
* integration tests
We still need people to double-check
* checksums + signatures
* version numbers
* examples
* user manual is produced, readable
* run continuous ingest at a larger scale (# nodes > 100)
* other build artifacts, as appropriate (.deb, rpm)
Let me know if I missed anything.
I'll be putting up a 1.4.3rc2 in a few hours.
