The file: src/proxy/src/main/scripts/generate-thrift.sh would not patch with
the +x perms (event after an svn propset).
Had to remove SimpleTest because the MiniAccumuloCluster doesn't exist in this
version.
I wanted to keep the proxy.thrift the same as in v1.5 so that clients can be
compatible with both. I verified this was possible via my accumulo-cpp project.
Any methods (like addConstraint, removeConstraint, etc...) that don't exist in
this version throw TExceptions() with appropriate messages.
