I like Josh's idea instead, to keep the commas out of the copy buffer, as it
wouldn't clutter configuration for something so small like this tiny bit of
presentation stuff. Plus, I'm not sure I like the idea of adding additional
configuration for number format stuff, when we could just as easily respect the
system Locale, so users configure stuff in fewer places. If we do anything to
customize the presentation it should be "internationalized".
