Should the command error/fail if the user specifies -scan and -all? This may
indicate this user did not type what they were thinking (i.e. cut, paste, and
edit a command adding the -scan option).
I don't think commons cli can do this for us. AFAIK, can not specify an option
as mutually exclusive w/ a group of options.
