The command "bin/accumulo zookeeper" was added as a convenience to launch the
ZK shell "chroot'd" to the instanceId of the current Accumulo instance.
This is broken by switching to JLine2. Instead of using JLine, Zookeeper
switches to using a dumb CLI interface that is reminiscent of telnet.
