Several tests in RFileTest are disabled (@Test commented out), and two don't
run when enabled (testRootTabletFromServer() and
testEncryptedRFileWriteSpeed()), because they try to load files in /tmp which
don't exist. These tests should generate the files they are trying to test, or
they need to be included as src/test/resources.
