Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
Typically, you'd want to work through these types of errors on the mailing list
(http://accumulo.apache.org/mailing_list.html, click on "Subscribe" to the
USERS list) or in the IRC (link also appears on that same page).
I'm unable to reproduce the issue, by executing the commands you've provided,
but feel free to contact us further with more details on the user mailing list
or in IRC.
(Just a quick suggestion... I wonder if it's because you don't have LaTeX
installed.)
