Sometimes iterators really only make sense when they are used in conjunction
with other iterators, but it doesn't make sense to implement the functionality
in a single iterator. It would be nice if Accumulo had a way to declare that
an iterator depends on another iterator or iterators.
Perhaps this could be done by annotating the iterator class, and then when the
tablet server adds an iterator to the stack, it could ensure that the dependent
iterators are already on the stack and throw an error if not.
