Output from bin scripts executed in init scripts is not shown on console during
execution. Showing that output would lead to easier diagnosis of problems with
launching of processes.
For example,
{code}
/etc/init.d/accumulo-master start
{code}
does not show the output of
{code}
sudo -u accumulo /usr/lib/accumulo/bin/accumulo master --address <host ip>
{code}
The only output when it failed was the message "Failed", which masked the root
cause (in my case, out of memory).
