When call to Initialize is invoked when starting a minicluster, a
RuntimeException is just thrown stating that the process returned non-zero with
no additional information.
Personally, every time this happens, the next thing to check are the logs in
the minicluster's directory. The error message should be updated to try to make
user's debugging a little more straightforward.
