I updated to 1.32 in the root pom.xml and everything seemed to keep working
just fine. ITs all pass, shell and admin commands work fine. Not bothering to
attach a patch because generating/applying it seems like a lot more work than a
committer just bumping the version.
[~mdrob], is there any reason you thought this would be a substantial task?
