With the migration to 1.6, I'm seeing a lot of timeout related failured. Off
the top of my head, MiniAccumuloClusterGCTest#testFilesAreGarbageCollected
seems particularly vulnerable. After upping the timeout to 10 minutes it still
failed. Further timeouts throughout the IT tests also seem prevalent.
