The {{AccumuloFileOutputFormat}} does not seem to have the ability to pick up
an {{accumulo-site.xml}} that is on the classpath. Therefore, it currently
seems impossible to pass required crypto settings to a MapReduce job. The best
way to do this will probably be to add one or several explicit setters to the
{{AccumuloFileOutputFormat}} class that will handle things appropriately.
If there is already a recognized way to do this, please comment. Either way, it
should probably be made easier.
