attaching patch with ~25 backported commits, since review board is having
problems displaying.
applying them on top of ACCUMULO-1878 and ACCUMULO-1893 should give you a
working copy that is functional.
Note that this includes a backport of ACCUMULO-600, and [I still owe Keith and
answer about the current wikisearch repo working on
