Saw this on mini shutdown in 1.6.0-SNAPSHOT branch. It seems that the
tabletServerProcesses.toArray() is called outside of a synchronized block. It
looks like it only applies to 1.6, because in 1.4 and 1.5, the tablet server
processes are in an array, not a list.
