Source files and maven projects to for jars used in testing.
Note that the TestCombinerX and Y projects have project version set to 1.4.4
because I'm having issues building with docgen in 1.4.5-SNAPSHOT. The
dependency is a compile time dependency on accumulo-core but does not get
included in test jars created.
