ACCUMULO-2096 Clean up the security RW tests.
Ensure that tableID is used where necessary and ensure that the correct
SecurityErrorCode is used when using the
internal method calls (that throw ThriftSecurityException and not
AccumuloSecurityException) so the assertions work
correctly.
