{{`mvn test`}} doesn't work in some versions, because the test scope in some
modules depend on another module being packaged. You should change {{`mvn
test`}} to {{`mvn package`}}. Also, "PGP" should be changed to "GPG", to reduce
confusion, and the diff would be easier to examine if long lines were wrapped
at something reasonable.
