[~bhavanki] Sorry; didn't see your comment before pushing, and it was pretty 
quick to just do it. As for the ambiguity... there is an ambiguity between the 
overloaded constructors, one that takes Collection, and one that takes List. 
I'm not sure it matters much, though, because I don't know that the javadoc 
benefited from the reference, because the method and the referenced constructor 
have no more special relationship between them than any other constructor.
