I guess that's the not-straightforward part of this. Best as I can tell, I 
*think* this is what [~ctubbsii] did to not have to slap a 
NamespaceNotFoundException and TNFE on every TableOperations method? At the 
same time, it doesn't look like TableOperationsImpl hasn't ever thrown 
TableNotFoundException on removeProperty (at least in 1.5.0).

At the same time, there are a few methods on TableOperations that don't have 
TNFE thrown... which is awkward.
