The comment was introduced in a commit made yesterday, so I hope it is not OBE
just yet.
That said, I don't have a strict preference between using PowerMock, EZMock,
some other Legen-mock-dary framework. The intent is just to get that test
mocked out instead of trying to muck with underlying security settings.
