Fix For: 1.6.0
Tests that extend SimpleMacIT could be using the same instance. However, it's
hard to tell, especially after multiple runs, which test directory corresponds
to a particular execution. SimpleMacIT should output to the maven execution
enough information about which instance it is running on to debug it. If it's a
MAC instance (which it always is, currently), it can log the directory name.
