Both the Master Server and the Tables page show a list of tables. We can't get
rid of the tables page entirely because both pages link to it for detailed
views on single tables. We can, however, remove the "tables" link from the
navigation bar on the left, or remove the table list from the master server
page.
(I prefer the first approach).
