The tickTime for the ZK that MAC starts is set to 1000, which means that the
maximum session timeout is 20 times that, or 20seconds.
Given that our default ZK session timeout is 30s, this isn't giving an accurate
testing environment. 1.6 upped the tickTime to 2000 which limits the session
timeout to 40s. I think I'd prefer seeing 3000 to support up to a 60s session
timeout?
