The docs for our public api on versions that include the MAC incorrectly give
its package as org.apache.accumulo.mini. The actual package name is
org.apache.accumulo.minicluster.
Note that this ticket expressly does not include the 1.4.x line. While the MAC
is present there, it is not a part of the public API in that release branch.
